Seton Hall Law Alumni Bestows 2025 Exemplary Service Award on Gibbons Director Caroline E. Oks

Caroline E. Oks, a Director in ƽ.’s Business & Commercial Litigation (BCL) Group, was honored with Seton Hall University School of Law Alumni’s 2025 Exemplary Service Award, given to alumni who have been especially involved with and supportive of Seton Hall Law following their graduation. A member of the Class of 2012, Ms. Oks served on the Seton Hall Law Alumni Council, as President from 2022-2024 and Vice President from 2021-2022, among other activities. She received the award at the Seton Hall Law Alumni Gala, held May 9 at The Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains, New Jersey.

At Gibbons, Ms. Oks handles a wide range of complex business and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in the full range of alternative dispute resolution arenas. Her practice focuses on various aspects of general and complex commercial litigation, including factual investigation, discovery and strategy, briefing and motions practice, and appellate filings in connection with class action defense, common law fraud, breach of contract, business torts, and healthcare disputes. Representative clients include major insurance companies, building and construction product manufacturers, food and beverage manufacturers, multinational industrial companies, and a multistate natural resource company.

She has been recognized in , 2025 Edition, for Commercial Litigation and Health Care Law, and included on the Thomson Reuters  list for Business Litigation and  2022 and 2023 “40 & Under List.”
